The very beginning of my design's life

It's been over 3 weeks since I started my degree course in UTAR. Umm....as what i remember the very first task given to me is to open a blog with all the content regarding History of Art and Designs, and everyone was ask to design their own blog, I was like 'ya....a nice one', seen I got some experiences in blogging as well as designing the blog, it shouldn't be a problem for me anyway. So what is actually the "History of Art and Designs", honestly, the moment I heard of the word 'HISTORY', I can say that I have no idea about it seemed I'm really poor in my history subject when i was in my secondary school, I felt bore whenever or whoever or whatever talking about history, it seemed really hard for me to understand what actually history is, that's Malaysian style I guess, when I was in my secondary(still a junior), we were affected or a more proper word 'influenced' by our senior as what they always say 'History huh?! ....study so hard for what, it's useless anyway, better focus on other main subjects instead of history', that's the culture spreading among us, and we used to influence one another and the younger batches continuously, it was really a bad culture anyway. Let's get back to the title, in my opinion, History is some kind of events that happened in the past which are closely related to each other and tend to influence others by their own culture, spreading it to the younger generations, as a remembrance of the past. I bet everyone has their own opinion about 'what is history', well...that's mine.
